Health Minister declares that no political organisation will be allowed to run welfare activities inside government hospitals under its own banner and says the responsibility rests solely with the Health dept. DYFI, which has been offering free meals for years, says it stepped in only because the hospitals lacked a mechanism to provide free food to patients’ caregivers
