Keralam Cabinet recently cleared the appointments of IUML leader M.K. Muneer as chairperson of the Administrative Reforms Commission and All India Forward Bloc leader G. Devarajan as the State’s special representative in Delhi. Mons Joseph says the issue had been raised much earlier and Kerala Congress was assured that the Congress would hold discussions with the party to settle the issue
